About this game
The mining colony has ore. The bugs have an appetite.
You have an orbital station, an irresponsible quantity of firepower and one simple order: keep the colony off the menu.
Build towers. Call strikes. Burn the sky. Survive swarms of billions of bugs in a tower defense built around huge battles, persistent progression and increasingly excessive solutions.
The only good bug is a dead bug.

Workers flood the battlefield. Armored grunts smash through kill zones. Darts skitter past your defenses. Spitters attack from range. Skyrays ignore your carefully prepared ground defenses. Colossi refuse to die. Queens arrive to ruin everybody’s day. Kings mean it's over.
Fortunately, you have guns.
Lots of guns.
Build during the calm, then watch the swarm pour across the map. Reinforce chokepoints, replace destroyed positions and adapt before the next wave turns your perfect defense into a cautionary tale.

Every map is a new defensive puzzle. Seal the outpost, unlock the next deployment and push deeper into a campaign where the bugs grow meaner and your arsenal grows much, much louder.
INFINITE PROCEDURAL DEPLOYMENTS
Enter SURGE for a newly generated battlefield every run.
Random layouts, changing nest positions and unpredictable geometry force you to build a fresh defense instead of repeating the same winning pattern forever.
The war continues for as long as you do.
BUILD YOUR OWN BATTLEFIELDS
Open the built-in map editor and paint the warzone yourself.
Create walls, carve paths, position nests, test routes and build anything from a carefully balanced challenge to an absolute tactical nightmare.
Save your creations locally, publish them to Steam Workshop and subscribe to maps built by other players. Then defend them alone or bring them into co-op.
