Storm Ops is a retro FPS crafted on the proprietary Tempest Engine—a title that brings old-school gunplay back to the forefront. No lengthy cutscenes, no flashy narrative buildup. The moment you raise your weapon, the firefight is all that matters.

From snow-blanketed fortresses to sand-choked wasteland cities, from a 1937 vintage cinema to the narrow alleys of an ancient town, 18 handcrafted maps span urban landscapes, open wilderness, and indoor battlegrounds. Attacking Armed Syndicates and defending Special Forces clash back and forth across these arenas. Five distinct character classes each boast unique visuals and voice lines. In Bomb Defusal, the ticking of a C4 charge presses against every breath; Team Deathmatch demands seamless squad synergy between rounds; Free-for-All turns every player on the map into your enemy; and in Biohazard, the Alpha Zombie plunges the entire map into desperation, leaving humans no choice but to huddle together and hold the line until the final second.

Choose from 56 weapons: pistols, SMGs, rifles, snipers, shotguns, LMGs, knives, and grenades. Bone-based hit detection ensures every bullet lands exactly where it should, while physics-driven ragdolls give every takedown real weight. It’s crisp, honest, and lets the bullets do the talking.

Bots here aren't just target practice. Up to 63 AI fill in seamlessly at a moment's notice, spanning five difficulty tiers from rookie to expert. They have personality, call out over comms, and execute proper tactical roles. Enable the AI Commander, and it’ll read the battlefield for you, issuing orders over the radio. Hold V and say, "Hold Point A," and your squad will actually listen.
