Game Update (internal version 15)

Controllers unite! Previous version for example, had d-pad UP on Steam Deck being d-pad Down on Xbox Rog Ally, the update should improve cross-platform and various other controllers to all have similar setup.
New steam update, internal name is version 15.
Updated controller/gamepad input system for better cross-platform compatibility.
Keyboard bindings also adjusted.
Adjusted censor, scores scrollbar, steamworks logs.
