The Gold Edition gives you a head start: 3,000 Corks and 250,000 Medallions, an upgraded Barracuda crew with unique skins and enhanced early-level skills, plus more advanced boats right from the beginning. Instead of the Rubber Boat, you start on the Pirate Boat, and throughout the prologue and early quests you’ll receive the Dory, Skadi Boat, or Sofiya Longboat. Blueprints for these vessels will also be available at your base.
Note: there are no microtransactions in the game, as both currencies are earned through gameplay only.
