Update

Made a small update.

• A small hub for starting characters where all available NPCs are within walking distance. Players have already been teleported into it. They now spawn here as well, rather than across the entire biome.
• Translations have been edited and uploaded; descriptions of buffs and abilities have been fixed.

I am continuing to work on the game loop, and the test starting hub has now become easier.
