Early Access Build 0.5.1.0
Hi everyone! A new Ars Notoria update is here. You can now explore expanded areas in the Woodlands and Moonponds, gather new resources, and craft various Uncommon building parts and tools.
We’ve also made Uncommon harvesting tools easier to craft and added several building and progression improvements. Full details are below.
Build 0.5.1.0
Added Uncommon resources:
Terracotta Clay Terracotta Tiles Fired Bricks
Added clay deposits near large bodies of water throughout Moonponds. Increased the explorable area in Woodlands and Moonponds. Added extra resource and enemy spawns across various biomes. Adjusted foliage and landscape in several Moonponds areas. Uncommon harvesting tools no longer require Leather or processed resources for crafting. Updated the in-game guide with Uncommon rarity building parts and equipment. Uncommon rarity is now available for the following tools and structures:
Potter
Brick Making Machine Tile Mold Clay Storage Brick Storage Tile Storage Ceramic Kiln Clay Harvester
Farmer
Granary Manger Farm Shed
Carpenter
Carpenter's Workbench Woodworking Toolbox
Weaponsmith
Forge
Added Uncommon building parts:
Lattice Foundation Triangle Lattice Foundation Sturdy Floor Triangle Sturdy Floor Brick Wall Brick Short Wall Brick Door Frame Brick Window Frame Gable Wall Gable Wall Center Roof Tiles Roof Tiles Diagonal Roof Tiles Flat Sturdy Stairs Sturdy Pillar
Added Uncommon containers:
Hardwood Barrel Hardwood Crate Hardwood Chest
Added the ability to mirror certain building parts (such as Roof Tiles Diagonal) using the "Y" hotkey. Changed the Uncommon Leather Rack recipe requirement from Flax to Cotton. The compact resource panel now automatically matches the rarity tier of the interacted building part. Production tools can now be placed using a higher-tier workbench instead of requiring an exact tier match. Fixed an issue where obtaining a new resource through an auto-loading tool might not unlock its corresponding building recipes. Fixed an issue where switching between building previews using hotkeys could cause activation arrows from auto-loaders to persist on harvesting tools. Various localization fixes.
Thank you, as always, for your feedback and continued support! We’d love to see what you build with the new brick walls and roof tiles, so feel free to share your creations with us.
And if you run into any issues, please let us know.
