Happy Holidays Everyone! The team and I are excited to bring you BET's first ever Christmas Event! Collect presents across all of the levels and bring them to the hub for a special surprise. The team has been growing and heads down on brining awesome content to BET and we are very excited for 2026.
Change List:
- Added New Christmas Event!
- Entities can Now Hear In Game Voice Chat (Bumping your mic, keyboard sounds or anything else that's not human voice will not alert them)
- Greatly Reduced Perceived Network Latency for All in Game Actions by Removing the Need for the Host to Tell Clients to Update an Interactable Object's State
- Greatly Reduce Chance for a Network Disconnect
- Add the Option to Retry Login if it is Not Successful for Whatever Reason, Avoiding Forcing You to Restart Your Game on Failed Login
- Add Hints System
- Numerous Environmental Polishes to Level -1
- Reduced Chances of Locked Door Leading to Literally Nothing in Level -1
- Increased Level -1 Sanity Depletion
- Minor Environmental Fixes for Level FUN
- Tweaked Loot Table in Level -1
- Update Entity Spawning Algorithm in Level -1
- Added Per Surface Footstep Haptics, Along with Haptics When Toggling Flashlight and Zooming with the Camera
- Polish Loading Screen UI
- Lower Ambient Audio Sound in Level 6
- Various Small CPU Optimizations
Bug Fixes:
- Fix Chance to be Stuck in a Infinite Loading Screen When Not the Host
- Fixed Chance to be Kicked From the Game when Equipping Items
- Fixed Dying on Purgatory Bringing you to the Last Branching Path Instead of Game Start
- Fixed Chance for Opinion Collector to Spawn without its Housing
- Potential Fix for Robotic Voice When Push to Talk is Enabled
- Fix Brief Moment Where Free Cam was Enabled When Loading into a Level While Having a Bad Network Connection
