Backrooms: The Last Record is a remake project developed by Red Acted , and we are actively expanding the game with new maps and updates over time.
At this stage of development, while the core gameplay systems are in place, the available map content may feel limited for some players.
To ensure existing players can continue enjoying the Backrooms experience, we’ve enabled access to the original game:

How to Play the Original Game
Open your Steam Library Right-click Backrooms: The Last Record Select Properties Go to the Betas tab Choose We Escape Forever
Once selected, Steam will download the original version, allowing you to play both titles freely.
We appreciate your continued support and patience as The Last Record grows. New maps, content, and events will be added consistently through future updates.
