Update Issue Notice & Ongoing Fix

Hello, this is the Red Acted team.
The root cause of the current issue has been fully identified.
We are in the process of re-uploading a corrected build that includes the proper game executable. Once deployment is complete, we will conduct additional verification to ensure that this issue does not occur again.
In addition, we are internally reviewing appropriate compensation for all users who were affected by this issue. Details regarding compensation will be shared in a separate announcement after the fixed build has been fully deployed.
