20K Wishlists in just 5 days! - FAQ

Hello Ball Pickers!
Thank you for 20K Wishlists!
Yard report incoming! In just 4 days, we have reached 20K Wishlists. The yard has never been this crowded — and we couldn't be happier about it. For our small team, this is a huge milestone, and it gave us the confidence to build a strong new identity for BALL PICKER. Thank you to EVERY BALL PICKER out there for making this happen!
Since the reveal, we have received a lot of questions, so we will answer the most common ones here.
Q: Will there be co-op?
A: Yes! During our campaign, we asked you a simple question: "Would you like BALL PICKER to be co-op?" Your answer was loud and clear — so we built it. The co-op feature is developed and we are currently testing it.
One important note: co-op will not have a competitive side. We love BALL PICKER as a relaxing, active incremental experience, and we want to keep it exactly that way. Co-op is about sharing this calm together — cleaning the yard side by side, living the experience together, and simply enjoying it as a team.
Q: When will BALL PICKER release?
A: We are not announcing an exact date yet. But here's the thing: we don't like keeping players waiting, and we don't want to be one of those games that stays "Coming Soon" forever. Our plan is to release as soon as possible — maybe even within a matter of weeks.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: We can comfortably say one thing: it won't be $10. Our first goal with our games isn't making money — it's making people have fun. A happy community helps us build even better projects in the future.
Q: Will there be a demo or playtest?
A: Yes! We are planning a very short playtest soon. Stay tuned and keep a close eye on our announcements so you don't miss it.
Q: What platforms will BALL PICKER be on?
A: We are planning to launch on Steam for both Windows and macOS. Our plans for Steam Deck are also in progress.
Q: What kind of incremental game is BALL PICKER?
A: BALL PICKER is a casual, active incremental game — similar to games like Berry Bury Berry and Project PITT. Collect golf balls, earn money, upgrade your tools, and relax while the yard gets cleaner and cleaner.
Q: Will there be controller support?
A: Yes! You will be able to play BALL PICKER with a controller.
If you have more questions about BALL PICKER, leave them in the comments for us to answer!
