BattleGroupVR2 launches in Early Access today!

Greetings fleet command veterans — CMDR Ken here. If you enjoyed commanding fleets in BattleGroupVR, I’ve got big news: BattleGroupVR2 is live in Early Access today . It’s the next step for the series — bigger fleets, bigger world, new game modes, and a ton of quality-of-life stuff born from everything we learned together in BGVR1.

Here’s what you can jump into right now:

Open World — roam sectors, pick contracts, salvage, and build up your battlegroup at your own pace. Conquest — push fronts, lower unrest, deliver supplies, hunt pirates, and watch the galaxy react. Gauntlet — combat endurance test, survive escalating waves, earn upgrades, and chase better loot the deeper you go. Endless Mode — pure combat sandbox for stress-testing fleets and blowing stuff up for that high score for all to see. QoL & Tech — better markers on the holomap, improved performance settings, and under-the-hood groundwork for daily map updates.
