Add Thing
New Challenge: Time Limit. It a switch next to one path challenge in lobby. When use you see new world all red and a countdown next to you health circle bar.
If do this challenge there be a time limit for you to reach Mungo Bungo. If countdown reach 0 everything explode!
Also there big rock in sky:
It look tiny at first like tiny lizard but if wait it get LOT big like big lizard:
Also add two new achievement, one for win time limit challenge and one if caveman win with both time limit and one path challenge at same time!
Doubled vision radius for Big Lizard! It now see caveman from far away. This not good at all! Increase sound distance on more sound effect so hear from farther away. Adjust map some by add rock and thing.

Still need to add Vulkan support.
