The Camera Update
Almost Good Games
Hey everyone,
it's time for another update. With this one our main focus was to fix the (long time) buggy lobby. But as usual, a lot of other fixes and additions sneaked themselves in. Here is the complete list. Please let us know if you notice any issues.
Additionally, we have updated the Demo, bringing it from the super outdated 0.8.2 to 0.8.9.4. Enjoy!
Additions
Interactables
- Added security cameras to every map
- Added ability manipulate security camera/block camera view (Innocent)
- Added ability to "fix" security camera/clear camera view (Traitor)
- Weapons can be swapped by holding E
- Items now show "Inventory Full" when player has no space left
Map
- Added Tutorial Map
- Added more lobby maps
- Re-Work of Pirate Bay map
Traitor
- Added security monitor to traitor room to access and move cameras
- Added security camera as traitor item to Blackmarket which can be placed anywhere
General
- Added profanity filter for lobby chat
- Sending a message in chat will keep the chat active (no clicking into chat again)
- Added progress indicator to interatables (e.g. hold to swap weapon)
- Clicking on "Return to menu" now brings up a confirmation window
Fixes
General
- Fixed players falling out the the Movie Nights map.
- Fixed players stuck in barrel after leaving cannon on Pirate Bay
- Fixed traitor teleporter issues on some maps
- Removed the VOiP debug overlay shown in game
- Fixed issue where player names would shift when joining lobby
- Fixed issue where players would end in T-pose in lobby
- Fixed issue where camera would point wrong direction in lobby
Changes
- Adjusted chance to be traitor (Balancing)
- Blackmarket info (bottom left) is now animated after 30 sec. since ppl did not notice it.
- Random teleportation after killing 3 chicken has been removed
- Updated the demo to latest version
Known Issues
- Can't rotate character in customizer
