This is mostly a bug fix update. Most importantly it fixes a bug where the game could crash when setting up ship battles.
General
Ship battles could crash the game, fixed
Better at finding good start locations
Fix for sage guild's library income bonus not working
Upgrading some guilds to level 3 made them lose some recruitment bonuses
Apocalyptic Riders weren't able to reform properly
Self Proclaimed King was stupider than he should be
Too high chance of getting the Arcane Dragons, fixed
Stat and typo fixes
