Patch 1.21.0: Bug and achievement fixes!

Hello Spöktubers!
Thank you all for your patience as we've been fixing the issues since the last patch.
Patch Notes:
- Fixed sounds being way louder than intended
- Fixed the pitch of sounds being off
- All spinning machinery should now hurt the player in Factory
- Jello now covers the screen of players who get caught
- Spööktube Cloutlourd Achievement now works
- Not a Bot! Can Achievement now works
- Closing a lobby can no longer grant the Any% Achievement
- Using a defibrillator no longer gives everyone the “Certified Medic” achievement
- Rebinding keys should now work properly, regardless of keyboard layout
- UI improvements
- Fixed bots teleporting in front of players
We're still looking into some of the other bugs, specifically around video extraction issues - please keep sending reports and logs to support@landfall.se and we hope to get them fixed in the new year.
