Update 1.1.5 - Co-Op Improvements

- Added a new party counter to all game pages outside of in-progress games.
- Added ability to kick users from the party.
- Added the ability to view the profile of users in your party by clicking their username.
- Competitive games are now locked from "join in Progress".
- Implemented "Join in Progress" capabilities for friends withing needing explicit invites.
- Implemented 'host migration' if the current party leader leaves or gets disconnected.
- Fixed an issue where font names would be shortened/trimmed incorrectly.
- Fixed an issue where dismissing the tutorial would still grant the achievement for completing it.
