Permanent 2x Harvest and Exp

We'd like to apologize for the recent server issues. We have decided to permanently activate 2x harvest and exp starting on 9/4 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time. Servers will go down for 2-3 minutes at this time to implement the change. This will become the new standard base rate.
