Bindings + Sync Fixes

Hello,
We've updated the game to include the following fixes:
1. Corrected the FPS calculation on screens over 60Hz
2. Corrected audio output on devices different than 48Khz
3. Added the option to change the default gamepad binding
Hopefully this solves the problems we got reported regarding those issues!
