Two New Fighters Join the Battle on August 12 — For Free
Secret Base
Hello Dragon Warriors!
Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons is getting two new characters in a free DLC update coming August 12 — and they are anything but ordinary.
EVIL MARIAN
Once an ally, now possessed by an unknown force. Cold and distant, she’s not the Marian they knew. She floats above ground and attacks with bursts of psychic energy and violent telekinesis. Her eyes are empty, her voice hollow. Something ancient controls her now.
SUPER ANUBIS
It was long whispered that Anubis was just a fake. A cult leader with no real power. But with the appearance of super Anubis—floating, glowing, and summoning dark forces. One question remains: was he a fraud... Or a prophet all along?
Coming August 12
Evil Marian and Super Anubis will be available as part of a free update on August 12 across all platforms.
Whether you’re jumping back in or still fighting to reclaim New York, now’s the perfect time to return to the streets.
Stay tuned, and get ready to throw down.
