Shaman - Early Access and Design

Shaman Hero

A new hero arrives in Etheria. For this first beta using the Adept model while we're still setting up her animations in the editor. You can have a look at her appearance that will be in-game on a future update of the beta test branch. A reminder that your game needs to be on the english language to play on beta patches.

Abilities

Spirit Walk

Places shaman on the Spirit Realm for 10 seconds, making her do increased damage while also receiving increased damage from enemies. This ability doesn't scale of any hero stat, so the duration and damage increases are fixed. While in the Spirit Realm, her other two abilities have different effects.

Ability 1 - Bola

Base: Shoots a bola projectile that pierces up to 3 total enemies, snaring non boss enemies in place and making every enemy it hit take increased damage. Spirit Walk: Shoots 3 piercing projectiles that deal damage to everything they hit.

Ability 2 - Turtle's Protection

Base: Places a reflection shield aura that has a chance to send enemy projectiles back at them, while increasing the damage they do. The aura has a lifetime, which decreases every second and with sucessfull reflections. Spirit Walk: Spawns a barrage of spirits that track enemies dealing damage to them

Towers

Currently not in the build, you can read about the towers design which we're currently implementing.

Thornmaw Barrier

A living blockade focused on relentless offense, striking enemies and draining their life force making them deal less damage

Turtle Shrine

Reduces nearby towers fire rate and increases damage and resistance. Will behave like the Hermit's Nature Pylon

Poison Dart Frog

A Large poison dart frog with a literal blow dart launcher on its back that shoots poison darts that pierces enemies and leaves a poison DoT on all enemies hit.

Spirit Shrine

A cursed spirit totem that channels energy from the spirit realm, periodically unleashing volatile spirits that seek nearby enemies.
