Dyebreaker Soundtrack and 1st Anniversary!

Dyebreaker was released digitally one year ago, July 10th, 2025. I'm grateful to everyone who has played the game! We put together a few goodies to celebrate the occasion.

First, I'm super proud to announce the Dyebreaker Original Soundtrack! All 7 glorious, original tracks from Devin Curry are now available in one digital package, here on Steam (standalone or bundled with the game) and on Bandcamp as well . We should have it streaming on Spotify in early August, too.

Devin absolutely killed it with this soundtrack and I'm psyched to have it stand on its own. And look at this incredible album art from Dyebreaker character artist Ramsey Haefner! Hawke and Slippery Phil have never looked so good.

In addition to the soundtrack bundle, I partnered with ROBYSOFT to bundle Dyebreaker with VOLLEYGON , the inimitable indie arcade classic that is celebrating its own anniversary: 10 years!

VOLLEYGON is a terrific, chaotic multiplayer game of anti-gravity volleyball that I have played for countless hours. It was super influential both for Dyebreaker specifically and for me getting into arcade gamedev more generally, so needless to say I'm excited for this bundle. I'm grateful to Nick Santaniello, VOLLEYGON's developer and my good friend, for this opportunity to see our games back to back.

Lastly, we had an tournament! Oddwood Brewing, home of the second physical cabinet, hosted a raucous Dye breaker showdown, last Friday, the anniversary of the release. I always worry about filling out the bracket for these things, but we actually had more people than we could handle.

Tons of close matches, comebacks, rivalries, and even a bit of light gambling (allegedly). Two of the finalists showed up in the Dyebreaker shirts they got at the last tournament, which is just such incredible power move. It ended with a super close final, and I gave out a few gaming goodies as prizes to the winners, as well as some physical copies* of the the soundtrack.
