Rankings Finally with Driver Names!!!

In addition to pilots having their names displayed in the Global Rankings, we've made an epic upgrade to the last tier of coins. Now, excess purple coins will increase damage by 2% up to a maximum of 100% damage, making it easier to progress through Hard and Normal in endless stages. Once again, the problem will be Fuel and Health, not Damage.
