PATCH NOTES #012 - Network Stability & Bug Fixes

Hey Runners! Hope you guys are doing well.
Today's update brings our promised bug-fixing build! We’ve tackled critical networking and lobby issues, including fixes for Voice Chat initialization, player counter mismatches, session privacy displays, and mid-match join prevention. Even better, the game can now automatically attempt to reconnect and transition out of Offline Mode without requiring a full game restart!
We’ve also expanded the Gameplay Van's safe zone to prevent traps and fallen power lines from being too close for confort, added a final tornado sweep fail-safe timer, resolved several cutscene visual glitches, and added a dedicated VAN speakers volume slider!
