Gold Up Is Available Again! – Important Notes Before Playing

Gold Up is now available for purchase again!
Over the past few days, we have worked on many of the technical issues reported by players and released several fixes and improvements to make the overall experience smoother.
Before you begin, we would like to share a few important notes:
- Important notes for Local Split-Screen
For the best local split-screen experience, we currently recommend using Low or High graphics quality.
Medium quality may cause some visual differences between the two players. We are aware of this issue and will continue working on it.
If you are using two gamepads, please make sure that:
Settings → Controls → Two Gamepads
is selected.
Some PlayStation controllers may also not be detected correctly on Windows depending on the controller and setup. If you experience problems, using software such as DS4Windows may help the controller behave as an XInput-compatible gamepad.
- Gold Up is meant to be challenging
Gold Up is not designed to be an easy game. The controls and cooperation mechanics may take some time to get used to, especially at the beginning.
Be patient with yourself and your partner. Once the movement, throwing, catching, and role-swapping start to feel natural, the experience becomes much smoother.
- We have added several features to make progression more forgiving
Based on player feedback, we have made a number of changes to reduce unnecessary frustration.
You can now choose between Easy and Hard difficulty.
We have also added a teleport system for the treasure. If the treasure falls too far back, it may be moved closer to the current obstacle — or to the obstacle directly below it in easier situations — so you do not always have to repeat a large section from the beginning.
Our goal is to keep the challenge while reducing situations where a single mistake costs too much progress.
If you encounter any technical problems, please do not hesitate to contact us through our Discord server. We are actively monitoring feedback and will try to investigate and resolve reported issues as quickly as possible.
Our goal is to make Gold Up a fun and enjoyable co-op experience for everyone.
During the demo, we saw many players competing for better leaderboard times, and we are very excited to see that competition continue in the full game!
The full-game leaderboard is based on your combined performance across the stages, with the stage times contributing to your overall campaign time.
We are looking forward to seeing how far you can push those times.
Thank you again for your patience, feedback, and support.
Have fun, and good luck reaching the top!
