Boat fixes + Lake map Changes

yoo, I got some fixes for the boat and a change for the lake map so that you can drive your boat anywhere you would like
- Added a water path from the cabin lake to the lake expansion area on the lake map
- Fixed a bug where the warning tentacles when driving the boat at night would spawn even when no one was on the boat
- Fixed a bug where the squid attack could happen in water much too shallow
- Fixed a bug where the squid would sink your boat when it was not supposed to
