Bugfix release v0.9.5 available

Hi all!
Kopanito has been updated to v0.9.5 with many bugfixes:
Fixed controllers disconnected during play crashing online matches.
Fixed shifted columns in the match summary screen (thanks DoS ).
Fixed "TypeError: Cannot read property 'restart' of null" on goal replays (thanks Ghalen ).
Fixed wrong accuracy of slide tackles in match summary and in challenges (thanks HammR25 ).
Fixed no targeting line visible during corner kicks in online matches.
Made the walls on the Indoor stadium less bouncy, to match the floor's bounciness.
Fixed no "Half Time" sign in online matches when playing as client.
Removed online player counter in the menu.
Hopefully reduced garbage collector activity during matches to reduce screen stutter.
