Browse Open Lobbies and Ride Rebuilt Elevators
Ahoy, pirates!
This one changes how you find people to play with. On top of that, the elevators got a full rework, and we went through a fresh round of fixes.

Starting a game with other players works differently now. Hit Start game, and one popup gives you every option in one place.
Find Crew shows a list of open sessions. For each one you can see its state, which stage the team is on and how many players are inside, so you pick where to go instead of knocking blind. Spotted a run that's already underway? Jump straight in, no need to wait for the team to get back to the lobby.
Tweaks
Elevators:
- The platform sits level with the floor, so the cart rolls out on the first try instead of catching on the edge
- The elevator no longer lowers onto obstacles underneath, and the crank no longer pushes the cabin further down
- Players, items and the cart ride the platform smoothly, without bouncing or jerking
- Meat is a lot more alive now. It wobbles and sways when you carry it
Bug fixes
- The FPS limit no longer conflicts with VSync. The limit option is hidden while VSync is on
- The jellyfish vignette no longer covers the settings menu if you open it mid-attack
- The cover can only wrap an empty rum bottle, not a full one
- You can put a cauldron on the monkey again

Texture optimization: smaller maximum texture sizes on PC, so the game uses less memory
If you're reading this the moment it went live, the Steam Autumn Sale is less than an hour away. Found this message a little later? Hello from the past: the sale is already on, and Last Pirates: Die Together is 30% off until October 8. Either way, it's a good time to bring a friend along.
Want to show them what they've been missing? We put six weeks of Early Access into ONE BIG LOOK BACK.
Pick a crew, mind the meat, and see you on the islands.
