Bus Station 8 - Steam Co-op

New Features
Steam Co-op Button
Added the Voice Lines from the Singleplayer Version. Added the Note Papes from the Singleplayer Version. Changed the Ending now to equal ending of the Singleplayer Version. Added the Flashlight Sound. Added the Flashlight Button and Chat Button when playing, that everyone knows what to press.
Fixes & Improvements
Joining a Friend through the Main Menu had a bug leaving the "Host Game" UI enabled - this should be resolved now. Removed a error preventing to host a new game after hosting a recent game. Removed a error preventing to join through the Main Menu. Removed a error that the Bus won't show the correct Station on top of the Bus Head. Removed a error that the Host couldn't 'Skip Waiting' at the Drivers Menu, when a Client connected. Removed a error that prevented to show the wheels of the Bus Driving/Staying. Changed the Transition Time. Fixed a bug that client wont hear, when the Host pressed the "Skip Button", the right/wrong Sound of the Bus. Added a maximum of Chat-Messages, to prevent that to many messages block the chat. Fixed some missing translations
