Paddlenoid v1.1.301 demo update

Quality of life improvements to the demo as we're moving Paddlenoid closer to release.
Controller related changes:
- Go to the in-game menu when a controller unplugs
- Show a legend when entering your highscore with a controller
- You can backspace with either 'B' or 'O' on your controller
Other changes:
- The head in the jungle opens a little wider so it can hold more secrets
- Tweaked level to make a little more fun if you're new
