fixed an error when trying to place Red vs. Blue blueprint fixed next/previous tab hotkey jumping to the wrong tab in the path builder window

September 2026 Build Challenge
The new Build Challenge this month is to build two synchronized Steeple Chase rides!
The top submissions get included in the next game update as default blueprints.
