Metropolis
A completely new city filled with danger awaits.
- Robot Spiders
Deadly Robot Spiders now patrol the streets. They cannot be defeated by normal light—you'll need the UV Flashlight to destroy them before they overwhelm your team.
- Restore the City's Power
Search the city for batteries, activate the electrical panels, and restore the power to unlock the metro.
- Escape by Metro
Once power has been restored, reach the metro station and escape before the creature catches you.
Carnival Rework
The Carnival has been completely redesigned with a brand-new objective and gameplay mechanics.
- Hunt the Pigs
Pigs now roam around the Carnival. Catch them before they escape and carry them to the cauldron.
- Prepare the Poison
Collect water, fill the cauldron, and brew a deadly poison. Every step is essential to complete the ritual.
- Poison the Creature
Once the poison is ready, feed the poisoned pigs to the creature. Repeat the process until it becomes weak enough to complete your escape.
A simple escape is no longer enough—you'll need teamwork, planning, and perfect timing to survive.
Hospital
The Hospital has become even more terrifying.
- New Horror Events
Unexpected paranormal events can now happen throughout the hospital. Flickering lights, disturbing sounds, and new scare moments make every playthrough feel different.
