Version 1.0.3 – Destructibles via Fists, Job Permission & Achievement Fixes

Version 1.0.3 is live!

This update introduces damaging destructibles using fist combat, as well as special permission fixes while doing prison jobs and achievement trigger fixes.

Gameplay

- You can now damage destructible objects by hitting them with your fists. It’s not the most efficient method and will hurt you in the process, but it works. - Reduced the amount of money players receive from valuables (e.g., gold bars and similar items). - Workers will no longer repair a damaged destructible that has been reported by a guard if it has been concealed in the meantime.

Misc

- Removed achievement triggers for Golden Wood Island locations from the Tutorial level, as they were easier to reach there than on the actual map.

Bugfixes

- Fixed multiple issues where special area permissions were not correctly assigned when taking a prison job, which previously led to false arrests when prisoners were simply performing their assigned work. - Fixed an issue where certain special item permissions were not assigned when taking a prison job, leading to false illegal item arrests. - Fixed important documents not properly granting additional experience upon escape. - Fixed the “important documents” achievement not triggering properly. - Fixed localization for the “until wanted” string not displaying correctly. - Fixed the “BFF” achievement not triggering after reaching 100 relationship with a character. - Fixed screws sometimes not being properly detected as destructible objects (e.g., by NPCs). - Fixed an issue where the “until wanted” score would increase despite being inside the target area, due to overlapping included sub-areas. - Fixed an issue where the target area direction arrow could behave incorrectly in certain situations (e.g., during free time).

I took a short break last week, so the map editor guide is a bit delayed while I’m fixing some of the other remaining major bugs.
