After several years of enjoying playing all sorts of different Next Fest demos with our friend group, we're so excited to have our own game finally featured in Next Fest!
We've made some major updates to the demo to celebrate the Fest. Here are some of the big changes you can enjoy:
Players will encounter three BOSS FIGHTS over the course of their run. These rounds feature a special boss ticket that must be captured (and which often has trickier gameplay elements!) New Chemist ability -- Shield of Truth -- that allows players to neutralize attack tickets that have already been registered. New Benefactor ability -- Cash Grab -- gives players a chance to earn some extra dough. Players can buy and equip trinkets that give them special abilities like an extra inventory slot or immunity against the Gravity Sphere. New stat berries give players permanent stat upgrades for the rest of the run. Post-game stats and graphs so you can see exactly what knocked you out. And much more! Custom keybinds, Frank improvements, new work orders, mute/ban functionality, new upgrades...
We encourage everyone to join our Discord server to share your feedback and ideas for the full build. And of course, be sure to report any bugs you might find to help us make the demo is great as it can be.
