Increased the Speed for F-16
Adjusted the cockpit view of the F-15
Fixed shadows and lightning in many maps
Fixed Knife 1st.person visible when in 3rd person view
Added infinite terrain to Winter / Green Land / Big Battle scene
Added volumetric clouds in Winter/ Green Land / Big Battle scene
