Shape Together

v0.2.0 - Reverting Mistakes & New Speeds!

Blu

Hello ShapeTogether Community!

With our latest update v0.2.0 "Revert Mistakes" , we are introducing some of the most highly requested quality-of-life features alongside a massive expansion for your factory setups!

Misplaced a block? No problem! Our new Undo/Redo system (Ctrl+Z) has your back. We have also upgraded logistics by adding high-tier belts (T4 to T6) and prioritized splitter outputs. On top of that, machines can now accept inputs from any side, giving you complete freedom in your layouts!

Thank you all for your incredible support and feedback. Here is the full breakdown of what’s new:

Changelog v0.2.0

New Undo/Redo System (Ctrl+Z & Shift+Ctrl+Z):

Easily revert mistakes or redo actions you just reverted.

Each player has their own individual action history in multiplayer sessions.

Splitter Output Prioritization:

You can now optionally set a prioritized output side inside the machine inspection menu.

Items will always be routed to the prioritized side first. If it backs up, the overflow will automatically go to the other side.

Flexible Machine Inputs:

Inputs can now be fed into machines from any of their sides, opening up many new compact design layouts!

New Belt Tiers (T4, T5 & T6):

T4 (Blue): ~70 items throughput

T5 (Pink / Star Forge style): ~120 items throughput

T6 (Purple): ~200 items throughput

Belt Throughput Indicators:

Belts now display their actual throughput numbers in-game, helping you balance your production lines perfectly.

UI & Multiplayer Adjustments:

Renamed the "Multiplayer" menu option to "Join Multiplayer" to make the layout and hosting flows more intuitive.

Happy building and automating! - The ShapeTogether Team
