Solarpunk™

Major Solarpunk update is finally here!

Cyberwave

Hey Solarpunk Community!

It took a little longer than we originally hoped, but today we can finally say it: Solarpunk Update 1.3.0 is live!

This is our first bigger update since release and it brings a whole bunch of new features, content, improvements and fixes to the game.

We also want to say thank you for your patience and apologize for the long wait. Solarpunk is still being developed by a very small team. At the same time, every update needs to work not only on Steam, but across all console versions of the game as well.

That means new features and fixes need to be implemented, tested and verified across several different platforms before we can release them. It takes a little more time, but we want to make sure everyone gets the best version possible. But enough talking:

Important: Console versions will receive this update a little later. We are currently waiting for approval and rollout by the console platform holders. This can take a few days.

Crossplay is now available, including:

• Join sessions via invite codes • View the player list directly from the in game menu • Hosts can kick and ban players from their sessions • Updated multiplayer UI for crossplay

Sneak Peak for upcoming updates:

We’re already working on more features for Solarpunk, with a stronger focus on the ideas you’ve been submitting and voting for through our Feature Voting system.

We hear you want more content, more things to do, and that’s exactly what we want to build towards.

Right now, we’re working on things like an Airship overhaul, including support for multiple seats, as well as the ability to sit on furniture. Keep sending us your ideas and voting for your favorites. More soon!

We’re also planning the Farmers’ Market as a new hub for future content, quests, characters and adventures.

Reviews Help Us a Lot

If you enjoy Solarpunk and want to support us, a Steam review helps us enormously. No pressure, we completely understand if you want to wait. But every honest review helps us make the game more visible and continue working on it. Thank you to everyone who plays Solarpunk, shares feedback, submits ideas, and accompanies us on this journey. We truly appreciate it.

Best wishes
