added language options

this update will come to the demo once I've finished adding languages. for now Japanese and traditional Chinese have been added as options for all game text. set it and forget it. when first starting the game you will be met with a simple list of languages. once chosen you don't have to worry about it again. though the option will be in the settings menu as well for convenience.
