We’re excited to release the biggest update yet for The Backrooms: Rescue Expedition. Get ready to get your feet wet because our expedition is heading down into the legendary Poolrooms.
Endless white-tiled labyrinths, the echo of footsteps on water, and a deceptive sense of calm create one of the most atmospheric locations in the game. We’ve carefully crafted the environment to capture that liminal aesthetic, where every turn is unsettling and the sound of a falling drop makes you turn around.
New Locations
2 levels have been added, each with its own unique puzzles and architecture.
Duration
The update includes about an hour of new, intense gameplay.
Atmospheric Sound
A revamped echo and water sound system for a fully immersive experience in the world of Poolrooms.
