Dev Log № 3.
We want to thank everyone who participated in the Play Test , testing and your feedback - gave us a lot of useful information, we have taken your feedback into account and are almost finished working on fixes, added a lot of new things, both in the demo version and in the upcoming full game. A few times, even played with random players, it was fun.
We are currently finalizing the new version of The Legacy, and will most likely start Play Test #2. After that, we plan to fix the remaining minor issues and start releasing the demo version.
In the meantime, we'd like to share a list of recent changes:
- Performance optimization, the game runs better, work on optimization continues;
- Added marker over players who are on death.
- Added indicators on all items to make it easier to find loot.
- Added special indicators on dead animals.
- Added tooltip on bush damage.
- Added tooltip when picking up a page without a book.
- Added ability to unload ammo from weapons.
- Book moved from the lake to a new location.
- Updated the button tooltip bar at the bottom, added the ability to disable the bar via settings.
- Added single player game.
- Added radio, you can now find the radio and turn on music in some locations;
- Added a button to reconnect when lost.
- Added voice chat in game.
- Fixed zombie synchronization.
- Customized tree LODs.
- Fixed room display, rooms are now displayed correctly.
- Dead soldiers are removed after a while.
- Rewritten animal logic, now they work more stable;
- Increased character limit in chat.
- Fixed the UI window for buying from a merchant.
- Increased range of sound on guitar.
- Fixed slider display over enemies.
- Fixed building and item placement system.
- Some animals have been replaced - bear, boar, fox and deer.
- Fixed changing of the same type of items in hands
- Fixed bug with hovering icons of items on the screen.
- Fixed a bug where a bear got stuck in rocks at a construction site.
- Fixed a bug where the game would freeze when loading.
- Replaced fishing houses.
