New Update Is Live We've just released a new patch. We're committed to supporting Western Rye to its full potential throughout the Early Access journey, and we listen to every piece of feedback and every suggestion from our players.
What's new: \ Players no longer lose their items on death, one of the most requested features \ Fixed all known quest issues \ Improved building \ Added volumetric lighting across the whole world \ Fixed interior brightness, so interiors are no longer too dark \ Improved the roads, as requested by players \ Multiplayer fixes, and more are on the way because we hear you \ Further optimizations across the game
What's Next Our extensive roadmap has plenty of exciting things planned, including a major free DLC and a total overhaul coming this December. We won't spoil the surprise just yet, but we're working hard on it.
