We Apologize for the Inconvenience
Hello, this is **Moka Sphere**.
First of all, we would like to sincerely thank everyone who waited for and played 『Yandere Virus』.
Although we conducted a **Final Steam Playtest** before launch and worked hard to improve the game’s stability, many bugs and issues that we failed to identify have still been discovered since the game’s release. We sincerely apologize to everyone who was unable to enjoy the game properly or did not receive the experience they expected as a result.
We fully understand that having conducted a playtest cannot serve as an excuse for the game’s current issues. It is my responsibility as the developer that I failed to provide a stable gameplay experience to those who trusted us and purchased the game.
We are currently reviewing every report and piece of gameplay data we have received and fixing the bugs one by one. We will prioritize critical issues that prevent game progression or affect multiplayer, and we will continue to keep you informed of all fixes through regular patch notes.
We are also developing additional quality-of-life features, including **random matchmaking**, to make multiplayer more convenient and accessible. While bug fixes and stability remain our highest priorities, we will also continue to improve the features that were lacking during gameplay.
It would be difficult to promise that every issue can be resolved overnight. However, we will continue to fix and improve the game day by day and do everything we can to make things right. We will carefully review every bug report and piece of feedback you send us and use them to create a better game.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for failing to deliver the level of quality you expected.
We will take full responsibility and continue working until 『Yandere Virus』 becomes a more stable and enjoyable game.
Thank you.
**Sincerely, Moka Sphere**
