About this game

Plant. Grow. Harvest. Outplay.
Cropocalypse is a farming party game for one to four farmers. Everyone shares one field and one market bell. Plant crops whose roots creep across the soil, gather any harvest you can reach, and carry it home before the bell rings. Nobody is knocked out: the farmer who sells the most wins.

Your crops are your tools
- Hold to plant: roots spread through the soil, dig open mounds and wall off your rivals
- Nine crops, each with its own soil and trick: carrots spill a rival's bag, vines slow, pumpkins stun, berry bushes shove, watermelons empty a whole bag
- Throw fruit from your bag at rivals, foxes and crows
- Drop hedges to block paths, and raid rival bases while they are away
- Heavy loads slow you down, so plan the way home

When night falls
At dusk the foxes come for your stores and the bears for your animals. Chop wood by day, then set snares, fire flares and light fires to hold the farm until morning.

The market
When the bell rings, sell your harvest and spend the coins: bigger bags and a wheelbarrow, fences, boots for mud and water, climbing gear, a lantern, new seeds and contracts that pay a premium. Lead wild hens, sheep, cows and pigs home to your pen for eggs, wool and milk.

Three ways to play
- Journey: a saved farm that grows day by day. Sales open new land: Homestead, Muddy Meadow, Creekside and Wetlands
- Co-op: work as one crew through blight, drought, locusts and winter. Fill the orders or lose your good name
- Free Play: a quick contest of 1 to 99 rounds on fresh fields. Most sales wins

- Online play with friends: share a game code, bots fill the empty seats
- Solo against bot farmers on three skill levels
