Dungeoncraft is a real-time fantasy strategy game about leading a small company, with the world set out on a tabletop and your companions’ equipment laid beside it as cards.

Keep your company within reach

Your character commands nearby companions, who can pass orders farther along. Reaching someone cut off from the others takes a courier. The runner has to leave their work, reach the recipient, and return, so spreading out means allowing time for instructions to arrive.

Choose how your companions act

Alongside their equipment, companions can carry creeds: rules for how they behave without a direct order. A creed can change whom they attack or when they retreat, and different copies can carry different rules. Your own orders take priority.

Take the company underground

Descend through the undercroft, cistern, and crypt, carrying wounds and supplies between floors. Other scenarios put the company to work on machinery, construction, and the hazards of the terrain.
