You're the world's most desperate real-estate agents. The listing is haunted, the open house starts in minutes, and the buyers cannot find out. Hide every ghost, vacuum the ectoplasm, nail down the floating furniture — then smile through the tour before the haunting meter tips over.

A chaotic co-op open house

Team up with up to 4 players online. Race through prep, then survive the selling phase as curious buyers, clingy dogs, and nosy inspectors poke through every closet. One sighting can send the meter climbing. One wrong answer can blow the deal. Keep everyone calm long enough to plant the sold sign.

How a round works

• Prep — Stash Wailers, Floaters, and Smashers in closets, under beds, showers, and worse. Clean the mess. Freeze cursed furniture before it drifts into view.
• Selling — Buyers walk the house. Answer their questions, pet the dog, slam doors (carefully), and keep ghosts out of sightlines.
• Close the deal — Keep the haunting meter under control until the clock runs out… or watch the buyers flee screaming.

Tools of the trade

Each agent brings a fixed two-tool loadout. Coordinate who sees what:

• X-Ray Glasses — Spot and grab ghosts others can’t see
• Vacuum — Suck up ectoplasm before buyers step in it
• Freeze Spray — Pin floating furniture to the floor
• Clipboard — Track the floor plan and buyer locations
