New drawing subtools and terrain vertical offset
New Features
Drawing Subtools
- New drawing tools: Freehand, Straight Line, Rectangle, and Circle make drawing on your dungeon map faster and easier. Check their tooltips to discover modifier keys for grid snapping, repositioning, and more.
- Improved eraser: The eraser now removes individual segments of a stroke instead of deleting the entire stroke. Check the tooltip to learn about its modifier keys.
- Undo for clearing map strokes: The Clear Map Strokes operation can now be fully undone. No more stress if you accidentally clear your map!
Scaling Gizmo
Scaling terrain elements is now a breeze with the new gizmo, accessible from the terrain context menu.
Overhang Support and Elevated Terrain
Terrain elements can now be elevated off the ground, making it possible to create things like bridges and hanging chandeliers. Miniature movement has also been updated to support moving underneath overhanging terrain.
Gallery Improvements
- Added miniature previews when editing the Gallery Default Stats.
- Improved Gallery search.
Brightness Controls
Added Gamma and Gain settings for finer control over brightness.
New Miniatures
- Candelabra
- Candle holder
- Candle plate
- Chandelier
- Fallen one (dead body)
- Wall Torch
- Wood bridge
Fixes
- Improved camera panning: Looking straight down with the camera no longer makes panning unpredictable.
- Map strokes synchronization: Clients joining a session can now see strokes already present on the host's map.
- Mac duplicate shortcut: Fixed an issue where pressing Cmd + D to duplicate an object also triggered camera movement on macOS.
- Mac paste shortcut: Fixed an issue where Cmd + V failed to paste content from the clipboard on macOS.
