Major Update #2: Desserts, Coffee & Bakery Expansion!
Editmode
Hello everyone! Our second major update is finally live! This update brings a ton of changes to the bakery: workspaces have been expanded, lighting has been completely overhauled, and fresh coffee along with delicious desserts have arrived. We took a little extra time to ensure this update launched in the best shape possible—thank you so much for your patience. Here are the details:
Desserts: For now, we have introduced sweet dessert pizzas, 2 tarts, and 4 varieties of cookies! The selection will expand even further in future updates, so stay tuned. To streamline your dessert prep, there is a new prep table, extra storage, and a separate mixer used exclusively for sweet dough. Dessert upgrades unlock at Level 9. You can find all the recipes detailed inside the recipe book!
Coffee: Coffee has officially been added to the game! You can now serve fresh coffee to your customers alongside their desserts. The coffee machine upgrade also unlocks at Level 9.
Dessert Display Area: With desserts entering the bakery, a dedicated showcase spot was needed. Since the pickup counter is compact, we slightly scaled down the main counter and added a dedicated dessert display area right beside it. It will remain this way for now, but we will bring more customizable design options in upcoming updates!
UI & HUD Overhaul: We redesigned several UI elements across the game. Specifically, the main gameplay HUD has been refreshed with colors that better complement our updated in-game interface style.
Decorations: Lots of decorations have been added to your bakery! The entire place (especially the upstairs floor) now feels much cozier, prettier, and more charming.
While playing, you will discover plenty of subtle quality-of-life improvements that couldn't fit into this post. We truly hope this update enhances your bakery experience!
Happy baking!
