Take on the Deadzone solo or squad up with friends in co-op. Fight your way through waves of hostile machines, build your loadout, and see how far your squad can make it.
The server browser and drop-in co-op are also available. This makes it easier to find a squad or jump into a run already in progress.
The demo is free and available now on PC, PS5, and Xbox.

What platforms is the demo available on? The demo is available on Steam, PS5, and Xbox. Cross-play is available across platforms. If we need to update a particular platform to address major bugs or other issues, cross-play may become temporarily unavailable while platform versions are out of sync.

Will my progression be carried over from the demo to the full game? No, progression will not carry over. This helps with testing and gives us flexibility if we need to make system adjustments.
What's the difference between the demo and playtest? The demo is a bit more polished than the playtest in terms of balance, bugs, progression, etc. In terms of content, it should feel quite similar.
Can I play with friends during the demo? Yes, co-op is available on PC, Xbox, and PS5, with squads of up to 3 players. The server browser and drop-in co-op are also available.
