Some improvements and bugfixes

Hello, Volunteers,
We continue to improve Desolate and fix in-game bugs that sometimes prevent you from playing comfortably. In today's bugfix:
Kick is added to the in-game settings and can now be reassigned to any key;
Fixed bugs with Spartan and Viking perks;
Fixed a bug where the game would crash if the Madman hit the bonfire;
Fixed visual glitches on the character status screen;
