Din's Champion patch 1.001

This patch fixes event speed getting out of control, improves machine quests, fixes too many vendors, fixes hunters, fixes a pick axe priority issue, and fixes several other minor issues.

1.001 change list:

• now there is a max speed on new events, so can't get too fast from multiple quests
• reduced machine quests ModifiedNumberMultCreateQuestSpeed from 3.0 to 1.5
• now if a pick axe swing damages a block it won't try to pick up an object (Drakaden)
• increased temporal flux, anti-magic machines MinLevel from 0 to 20
• increased earthquake machine MinLevel from 0 to 25
• increased weather and fog machines MinLevel from 0 to 15
• increased ice machine MinLevel from 10 to 20
• increased blight machine MinLevel from 10 to 25
• changed hunter quest MinLevel from 10 to 20
• changed bounty hunter quest MinLevel from 10 to 25
• old machine quests that are too are now too low level are removed when world is loaded (marked as obsolete)
• now other clans won't spawn in worlds with starting level lower than 5
• vendor quests will no longer spawn if any quests are greatly increasing the event speed
• there is now an option to pay a vendor to leave
• now set or above rarity items will stay on ground forever instead of really long time
• decreased s_volumeMusic default from 0.75 to 0.6
• now when crafting cut blocks the displayed count for normal stone is what is expected (Drakaden)
• fixed a way renegades could have no position in the world
• toned down fog effect a little (General Curmudgeon)
• the hint "To removed from slot press delete" now only shows on skills in hotbar
• fixed press hotkey to use hint (now correctly says select or use depending on what that slot does)
• can no longer put skills with no as augment data in augment slots
• improved augment highlight text
• can no longer put passive skills in hotbar (they are used automatically so no point)
• reworded curse lifter achievement to show it was quest curses not item curses
