[Dev Log] First Post-Launch Update

Thank you so much for your enthusiastic support and valuable feedback since our launch! This update mainly includes the following optimizations and fixes:

• Champion Select Experience: Optimized champion select duration and added an "Early Exit" feature.
• Enhanced Retreat Prompts: Added clearer descriptions and visual indicators for the "Early Retreat" mechanic.
• Server Lobby Display: Online servers now display active in-game rooms.
• Fixed Relic Pricing Bug: Resolved an issue where random relic prices were not applying correctly.
• Fixed Language Switching: Addressed an issue where default language switching failed for players in certain regions.
• Resolution & Graphics Settings: Fixed an issue with automatic resolution settings and added a restart prompt when changing resolution or graphics quality.
• Tiko's Feel/Responsiveness: Improved the turn speed for some of Tiko's skills, making her controls feel smoother.
